Two Patriots starters and a Bears running back were downgraded to Out since the midday refresh.

• A.J. Brown was ruled Out for New England’s game at Miami after not practicing all week with ankle and knee issues. He’d played 91% of the Patriots’ snaps in Week 7; DeMario Douglas is the receiver to stream in his place.
• TreVeyon Henderson was also ruled Out for the same Miami game, with an illness rather than a new injury. Rhamondre Stevenson takes over as New England’s lead back.
• Kyle Monangai was ruled Out for Chicago’s Monday night game at Seattle with toe and thumb injuries — his fourth straight missed game. D’Andre Swift remains the Bears’ clear lead back.
